California always takes about a month to finish counting. They are mostly a mail voting state (90% or so) & count ballots postmarked on Election Day, which they might not get for a week. Then signature verification begins.
Since when does long timeline automatically = fraud?

The Auditor General of Pennsylvania recently audited 210,905 voter registration forms.
He found 1 non-citizen in that batch. That non-citizen never voted. And was later removed from the voter rolls.
