Quantitative Imaging From Acquisition to Analysis @QIatCSHL applications are due Jan 31! 2 weeks of total microscopy & image analysis immersion with me, @talleylambert.bsky.social, @bethcimini.bsky.social, @florianjug.bsky.social & Hunter Elliott! More info below... Our course has funding for tuition subsidies, which you can apply for when you submit the application. Most students receive at least a partial subsidy. Who takes the course? We usually have a mix of disciplines, including biologists, physicists, computer scientists, engineers & chemists, who are most often grad students, core facility staff, post-docs or the occasional faculty member. What do we look for in an application? We look for those you are actively using light microscopy and/or image analysis for research, or those who advise researchers in these techniques. Probe developers and others who need to learn microscopy are welcome as well! Acceptance into the course is competitive. In your application, the essay is important! Be sure to tell us why you need the course, focusing on your quantitative imaging plans. If you are struggling with quantitative microscopy, explain how and why you think the course can help! meetings.cshl.edu/courses.as…
