After 40 years working as a podiatrist, Su retired, but thanks to pension flexibility she was able to return to the NHS as a legacy mentor. She now helps support and mentor NHS colleagues like Emma, pictured left with Su, in her podiatry career #NHSPeoplePromise.

Today @TSDFT_Pods had our wellbeing day. We did some indoor VR art, bomb diffusing and focusing on communication. Whilst half did this, the other half undertook a treasure hunt and different tasks, including Qigong. Despite the weather, everyone had a good time
