Delighted to announce that the 'Diabetic Foot' is included in the latest CONNECTPlus app.
Contains useful information and videos produced by @TSDFT_Pods and @hcidigital about diabetes and how it affects the foot. Plus meet the team here @TorbaySDevonNHS
From today, the latest updated version of the CONNECTPlus app is live!
The app has been developed by @hcidigital in partnership with our clinical teams, and patients have really benefited from the digital support for three conditions.

Thank you convatec for helping us to continue supporting our most at risk patients.
Our Podiatry Team is currently seeing our most vulnerable patients with foot ulcers in their own home. Convatec, a company that supply wound dressings, kindly donated 10 bags for our staff to use, as well as some dressings, so the team can undertake the home visits! #ThankYou
