Oppressed Afrikaners from AfriSol who don't get jobs in South Africa due to "race laws" put up Billboards across Joburg. Billboards cost up to R350k. The unemployed and poverty-stricken Boers decided to put 38 billboards, spending R13m on a random month. Poor people with money.
