It’s absolutely true that only Congress can suspend visa programs—like H-1B—but states can play a role. State gov’ts control state institutions, including public universities, and state contractors. States can prohibit those institutions and contractors from hiring nonimmigrant workers. The GOP AZ legislature should do that.

Just learned from @JohnE_Fabb that there are currently 6 pregnant unaccompanied migrant girls under the federal government's care and at one time under Biden there were 111. What is the end result of the billions that are spent on this program?
