If personalizing learning for all students and implementing 1:1 devices for students is a school/district wide goal, isn't it important to ensure that all educators have been trained on how to do so? Isn't it important that students know how to use these devices?#KSUITEC7410

A6: The best way to handle teachers who may not be as positive as you'd expect is to remain positive, supportive, and consistent. Your positive energy will eventually rub off on them and reassure them that you are are in their corner! #itec7460

A5: I think allowing students to see their results of formative assessments gives them hope because they are able to analyze firsthand content that they have mastered and content they may not have. My favorite aspect is when they want to see how well their peers did! #itec7460

A4: I feel that one of my biggest challenges will be coaching teachers who have more tenure and who are older than me. Because I am so young, I think some teachers may resent being assisted by someone who may not have as much teacher experience as they do. #itec7460

A3: I have not had the opportunity to model a lesson in another teacher's classroom. However, I have done a mock lesson on math stations in a faculty meeting. It was a great honor to be asked to do so with only 3 years of teaching experience. #itec7460

A2: I will foster respect while coaching by treating my colleagues the way I would want to be treated when being assisted. I will ensure them we are equal partners in the helping process. #itec7460
