In my entire voting life, Iβve never seen a premier attack, defund, diminish, and disrespect public education the way Doug Ford has.
Teachers, educational assistants, education workers, nurses, and health care staff have been pushed to the brink for years understaffed, underfunded, and blamed for a system his government has neglected.
At the same time, Iβve never seen a premier elevate policing onto such a political pedestal while public education and public health care crumble around us.
The message is loud and clear: some public servants are celebrated endlessly, while others professions dominated by women are expected to quietly absorb the cuts, burnout, and disrespect.
Ontario deserves a government that values education and health care as much as photo ops and tough-on-crime politics. Doug Ford needs to go.
