Attention to detail is fucking insane
Easter egg stuff aside the writing for this collab IS EVEN MORE INSANE
Doesn't just reference or have a fun lil side story
It's genuinely a playable epilogue OVA for the OG that builds off of it w/ a catharsis it lacked (on purpose tho imo)
Dude... Wuthering Waves actually added Lucy's failed hack against Adam Smasher from the Edgerunners show....
At this point, it's honestly safe to say Kuro Games is the best at making crossovers in the gacha space.

We're early on in the story but the emotional arc of Lucy confronting her trauma & hearing praises from frehns has made me EVEN MORE EXCITED TO FINISH IKUZOOOOO

I just finished WuWa X Cyberpunk: Edgerunners
Easily 10/10 and hands-down the best game collab story I've ever played, and I've played a lot of collab (Noctis stuck in your world help send him back) in my years.
Once again, Kuro delivered since PGR days.
The collab story serves as a pseudo-epilogue and closure to the original anime, and I definitely highly recommend that everyone play it.
They have filled enough lore tidbits on both Wuthering Waves and Cyberpunk to ease you into their worldbuilding.
10/10? I mean 11/10
SO GOOD. SO FEELS. THE PAIN.

The funniest part of this bait is that you can literally see how different the eye shapes, nose length, jawline, and mouth positioning are behind the drawn in parts
And realistically with anime stylized facial simplification those are the parts that vary the facial structure
ZZZ Devs: Every character is meticulously detailed to the point of having unique belly buttons.
wuwa devs: slap the same face on every character and call it a day 😭
