ALT The School Manager, SoSER is responsible for the effective and efficient professional leadership, management and development of School-wide administrative, operative and technical services including: strategic and operational planning; financial management; academic programs and, teaching & learning support; governance support; course and student administration; facilities management; marketing and communications; and human resource management ensuring delivery of the core activities of teaching and learning, research, and community engagement. The role provides strategic professional support and advice to the Head of School and school academic and research staff. The position is part of the school executive group and is required to be an active contributor to the school's operational plan. Base Salary: $113,282 to $129,017 pa (HEW 8) This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.
