Incredible @MeeraSyal receiving #BAFTA. Speech inspires every “othered” individual, woman & POC. Highlighting progress of diversity but lack of it in spaces where decisions are made. “those who feel because of sex, class or race their stories don’t matter. They matter.” #BAFTAS

Last night @WomenSportTrust celebrated 10 years. A decade of collaboration with journalists, media companies, sponsors, NGBs & athletes. When we started, women’s sport achieved 3% of sporting media coverage. Today it’s 17%. Change doesn’t just happen, you have to make it happen.
