This year my @east_scouts focus is getting 14-25 year olds the awards they deserve. Lots of them volunteer, build their skills and better themselves under the radar. Time to get the awards they deserve #KSA started 8 of 30 application. That's before we get to @DofE

We’re proud that 120 Scouts aged 18-25 from across the UK have volunteered to support everyone who’ll be paying their respects to HM Queen in London this week. Scouts have a long history of supporting the nation and serving our communities: we’re honoured to play our part.

For obvious reasons this week has caused me to look back to when I got to meet the Queen after becoming a #QueenScout it took me back in a flood of memories, of the incredible adventures and the life long friendships I have formed. @scouts

So at work we always ask each other what are you up to this weekend? I often say I am up to something scouts related. It's small but this weekend I am with a group of friends, teaching interview skills to some #scouts. It's awesome and I would do it every weekend

Energy crisis is easy to solve. Cap on wholesale energy price, the only person who gets hit is the wholesale energy company who's profits would be limited. As a little bone one apply the cap to non renewables. Encourages development in them 1/2

Second thought, American politicians upset because they are raided by the police by surprise. It's the point if you knew then you have the opportunity to hide evidence. So getting annoyed about the surprised part makes you look Mega guilty.

So today was a tough day. It was extremely emotionally painful for about two hours. What turned it around was my amazing wife, wonderful families and some awesome work colleagues. I am determined for a extremely positive outcome, so if anyone is looking for a house let me know

For those looking for a conclusion to our breakdown. 5 and a half hours we waited for recovery. Only dealt with the nicest people. RAC were so stretched they got Celtic recovery to help. Super friendly, and he had a hunch tested the battery, reseated the connection. Off we went

Waiting for the @TheRAC_UK, being broken down is no fun, the automated system sending me texts is good keeps me updated but it does feel like it is rubbing it in every text of we are busy we will update you in 30 mins.
