I love this guy!
Spencer Pratt is really good at this.

When you open the borders and let anyone and everyone in, this should not be surprising.
Does the US feel more ‘third world’ than it did before the pandemic?

These buy a million dollar business posts with almost nothing down are so overplayed and misleading. If it’s a decent business you’re probably generating $250k of cashflow with $130k - $150k going to pay the loan. So you’re left making $100k. Congratulations you bought yourself a job with 10x the stress and all kinds of liability a job doesn’t come with. With very few exceptions, don’t do this.
Everyone with a W2 job can buy a boring cash flowing business that nets $20k-$30k a month with as little as $50k down. Sadly, most people don't know the financing tools that make it possible. Here's the exact playbook to buy a $1M business with as little as $50k out of pocket:

“Courage, just as cowardice, can be habit forming.” - Justice Thomas One of the most profound speeches I have ever heard.
đŸ”„NEW: Clarence Thomas — full remarks on progressivism, its foundations, history, and impact from his appearance at University of Texas at Austin: “Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, and Mao were all intertwined with the rise of progressivism, and all were opposed to the natural rights on which our Declaration is based.” "Many progressives expressed admiration for each of them shortly before their governments killed tens of millions of people." "It comes as no surprise that the progressives embraced eugenics... It was only a small step for Wilson to resegregate the federal workforce." "It was only another step for the government to launch sterilization programs on those deemed by the experts of the day to be unfit to reproduce." “European thinkers have long criticized America for remaining trapped in a Lockean world, with its weakened, decentralized government and strong individual rights. They say our 18th-century Declaration has prevented us from progressing to higher forms of government." "But we were fortunate not to trade our Lockean bonds for the supposedly enlightened world of Hegel, Marx, and their followers. Fascism, which after all was national socialism, triggered wars in Europe and Asia that killed tens of millions." "The socialism of the Soviet Union and the People’s Republic of China proceeded to kill tens of millions more of their own people. This is what happens when natural rights give way to higher-good notions of history or progress, or, as Thomas Sowell has written, the visions of the anointed." "None of this, of course, was an improvement on the principles of the Declaration. Tocqueville's Democracy in America is largely about how America owed its superiority over Europe to its conscious decision to reject central planning and administrative rule, root and branch." "Progressivism, in other words, is retrogressive.”

I’ve found that most people know more Mormons (members of @Ch_JesusChrist) than they realize. They don’t realize it because we’re generally pretty normal hard-working, family-family-oriented, God-fearing people that just want the best for humanity.
Replying to @Cernovich
I work with a lot of Mormons in my job now and I have to say they are fantastic people to be around, even if I don’t believe everything they do. They do not drink. They love their families. Have tons of kids. Strict moral rules. I’ve found them to be very kind and hardworking.

Saddest BYU story in my lifetime is surrounding a talent like AJ with a bunch of guys that melt in big moments and can’t throw a stone in the ocean. AJ will be the best player in the world in 5 years.

Putting out a statement condemning the video release “for the sake of the kid” - when the person you’re defending is violently attacking someone in front of that same kid - is wild. Maybe try a mirror next time.
JUST IN: 'Bachelorette' star shares statement following the release of a video by TMZ, apparently showing her throwing metal bar stools at her ex-boyfriend. A spokesperson for Taylor Frankie Paul says the video "omits context," calling its release "desperate." "It’s sad to see the latest installment of his never-ending, desperate, attention-seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor without any regard for the consequences for their child," a spokesperson said to Variety. "Releasing an old video, which conveniently omits context, on their son’s birthday is a reprehensible attempt to distract from his own behavior." "Thankfully, the public has seen this act before and knows who he is, and sadly, many will recognize this pattern of manipulation, both in his actions on the show and from their own experiences."

I could not agree more with this take. As a father with 4 kids, it’s shocking to me what so many parents allow their kids to do in their devices. Not just the amount of time on the devices; I’m talking about the apps they let them have, the lack of filters, etc. It’s unconscionable to me. Why in the world are entire groups of teenagers doing all their chat groups and socializing on Snapchat? Like seriously, what is wrong with just plain ol text. I hate that my kids sometimes are left out because I refuse to let them use Snapchat and many other stupid social apps. I’m all for parent shaming when it comes to unfettered access for minors. It’s dangerous and destructive.
Walsh is right, but he is actually understating the problem. The kid is probably not climbing a tree by himself. He's at home fighting with his parents about why other kids get screens while he does not. Or he's finding ways to hang out with the kids with screens without his parents knowing. Which is to say, the decision by some parents to give their kids screens makes it much harder for parents who withhold screens to do what they know is in the best interests of their kids. Schools can solve the collective action problem through policies like no phones at school. Parents can't do that. I get it: parents don't want to judge other parents' choices, and it's awkward to have these conversations. But the truth is that we need parents to start judging each other on this issue. We need expressed social disapproval from within the peer group. We need to stigmatize the behavior, or it won't change.

It’s cute that BYU has made it their identity to play hard for the last 5 minutes of games. This team is broken.

This is the single most disgusting performance I have ever witnessed by @BYUMBB. No effort, no energy, players pouting, horrible body language. This is the kind of performance that costs people jobs. How many teams have had record 3 point nights against us this year? I’m disgusted.

Pam Bondi has to go. She is a disaster.

Richie: 1 for 8 Davis: 2 for 9 Keta: 1 for 6 3 of 5 starters combine to go 4 for 23 on mostly great looks. That’s all you need to know. BYU’s fatal flaw is not enough shot making, and I don’t see help coming.

Tonight it was 1 insanely good player, 1 average player, 1 below average player, and a bunch of scrubs. That’s the problem. If ALL of the big 3 aren’t playing lights out, we don’t defend well enough to win.
Man, this BYU team is not good. We have three insanely good players with a bunch of scrubs
