Very candid and powerful from Mattias Samuelsson. He said this year brought him so much joy back into his life. Said there were times in the past where he wasn’t having fun. He added the mental hurdles were at times more difficult than the physical injuries in years past.

Longtime Sabres fans have to be feeling deja vu. Their last three overtime playoff eliminations have come on virtually the same shot. Opponent going left to right on TV. Shot from the top of the circle to the goalie's right, beating him glove slide. I'm sick.
