He’s only been there a short time but you can already clearly see the impact Mohamed Ouahbi has had on this team. I was a big admirer of Walid Regragui and the way he managed the players but this Morocco looked a lot more fluid and unpredictable going forward, certainly 1st half.

My favourite opening WC game has to be Cameroon beating Argentina.
That Cameroon team captured my imagination. Quality but also chaos.
I don’t get starstruck but I interviewed Roger Milla once in Yaounde & I can only imagine feeling the same if I met one of the Beatles 😂.

Really disappointing for Morocco that Abde Ezzalzouli is out of the tournament. He was one of my favourite players to watch at the last Afcon. Key player in their attack.
