When my cofounder John Lindsay and I started @Bitwage in 2014, freelancers and remote workers were losing money and time because the system was too slow — or too stubborn — to modernize.
We built Bitwage so people could finally get paid what they earned, when they earned it — in #bitcoin, stablecoins, or local currency. 🌍

On the cusp of $100k, @FightBlindness, one of largest non-profits funding research into cures for blindness, is now accepting #bitcoin donations.
I've been volunteering for this amazing organization for about 20 years now, after my mother found out she was going blind from a retinal degenerative disease. They have funded amazing work, like the first FDA approved gene therapies that have actually restored sight to people previously blind.
Can't think of a better way to help the world with your #btc gains than giving a little on #cryptogivingday to help cure blindness.
