What amazing outcomes from our 2024 ICAP. Exciting changes in use of technology, speed & fluency of reading, more balanced conversations with friends and ultimately participating more in conversations. Ongoing reflections with @clairefarring20

The news re. this service is sad & shocking. Even as an SLT who has worked *forever*, I couldn't have navigated a possible #raredementia diagnosis in my family without the amazing expertise of @volkmer_anna & the #NHNN team. The service is a life -line, @DHSCgovuk & @NHSEngland
We are VERY excited about this new grant. Incredibly strong & dynamic team with brilliant collaborators and NHS partner sites. Methods focused on clinical feasibility & implementation from the outset. The WHOLE #stroke rehab team involved. We kick off 1 March 2024. 👀 this space!
Professors Rebecca Palmer and Madeline Cruice from Sheffield and City Universities will lead on the development and evaluation of a national communication training programme for multidisciplinary stroke rehabilitation staff 👏 many congratulations @RPalmerSLT@MadelineCruice 2/3
