Random but it's so awesome to sit in silence while getting a haircut. No meaningless small talk. Just relaxing.

I MAY be looking for people with, or who have had, #ColorectalCancer for some paid interviews. I was just wondering whether there's anyone in my current network that might be interested if that project moves forward? #ColonCancer

On #WorldIBDDay my message to patients…find a gastroenterologist that is specifically trained and interested in taking care of #IBD patients. Not all GIs have specialized training or interest to do this just like not all GIs do ERCP or hepatology. This is essential for the best outcomes especially if your disease is not well controlled. Progress is happening and is measurable!

I haven't shared much about my #health & #IBD journey in a while. It's been too triggering for me. But I'm working on it & my goal is to get back into advocating a bit more (if possible ♥️) If I did a post for #WorldIBDDay - what would you like to see from me? Feel free to DM.
