It’s a shame that to capture every aspect of what happens in a pitch or swing you have to spend $10-$20k on force plates, $30-$50k on motion capture, $20k on pitch tracking tech, & more on EMG for muscle activation. If only one system could do it all… COMING SOON

If you’re a high school player you have to be honest with yourself. Don’t go to camps and showcases if you’re not at least close to the caliber of player at the level of school you want to talk to.
Save your money and spend it to train until you become that caliber.

Clayton Ratliff just hit 90.3mph… and had his jr high graduation in the same 24 hour span. He’s been training with @PDPAthletics since August 2024 and has gained 14mph in that time. Just an absolute specimen with an incredible work ethic.

Andry Lara came into @PDPAthletics this offseason and we focused on getting him more stable in the ground. Improving balance into the peak of his leg lift allows him to be more repeatable in his delivery. We also refined the pitch mix which helps the K-Rate.

Paul Toboni is a godsend man. Seaver King's average exit velo is up to 93.5 and his chase rate is 25%. Jackson Kent's fastball is up 3 mph. Andry Lara has doubled his K-rate while halving his walk-rate.

The first time you see 94, it’s probably pretty hard to time up. The 1000th time you see it, it’s probably not as hard to time up. If you give a high school baseball player 1000 swings off a machine throwing 95, I bet they start to figure out at some point.
