This is a critical first step - but in order to continue protecting legitimate Florida businesses we must continue to strengthen enforcement and shut the door on the Chinese illicit market for good.
The FDA’s recent announcement on enforcement against illicit Chinese vapes is an important step toward shutting down an illicit market that fuels cartel-linked smuggling networks, targets kids, and undermines legitimate American businesses. Sustained enforcement, alongside a clear pathway for legal American products, is critical to finally stopping the illicit Chinese vape marketplace.

Biden opened the door to the illicit Chinese vape companies, and with this announcement, President Trump has slammed that door shut. We need the FDA to finish the job—authorize more American products and sustain enforcement actions to stop the flow of Chinese products.
The Food and Drug Administration said on Friday it would not prioritize enforcement against certain unauthorized electronic cigarettes and nicotine pouch products if the companies have marketing applications under review. newsmax.com/finance/streetta…

441,000 new Hispanic homeowners added in 2025 — the largest single-year increase ever recorded. Without Hispanic buyers, the U.S. housing market would have lost homeowners last year. We didn’t just participate. We carried it. 🏡 #HispanicBusiness #HispanicHomeownership #Florida
