The FDA’s recent announcement on enforcement against illicit Chinese vapes is an important step toward shutting down an illicit market that fuels cartel-linked smuggling networks, targets kids, and undermines legitimate American businesses.
Sustained enforcement, alongside a clear pathway for legal American products, is critical to finally stopping the illicit Chinese vape marketplace.
