Dear @Travelers as a customer I am aghast. Filed a claim on 10/26 and your claims reps have LOST my car and have avoided or blantantly lied re whereabouts. After 19 days of inaccurate communication I was told to ‘report your vehicle stolen to the police’ via text. Wow.
