I accidentally shipped an API key to Claude.
Not a hack. I put it there myself.
My prompt had grown to 22,000 tokens and
I had no idea what was in it anymore.
So I built a fix:
pip install ctxbudgeter

The tool is fine. The playbook is the gold.
→ Free product that creates a question
→ Paid product that answers it
→ Both live in the same surface
Study the funnel, not the feature list.

I built a face-swap system that runs entirely on a MacBook. No cloud, no API calls.
The interesting part isn’t the swap — it’s a quality signal I call the “ghost score” that lets the system route between pipelines at inference time.
