Mental health is an important part of overall wellbeing, yet many men struggle in silence. Across Nigeria, men are less likely to seek support for emotional or psychological challenges, even when they experience significant stress, depression, anxiety, or substance use problems.

We encourage men and boys to prioritize their mental wellbeing, speak up, seek support when needed, and support one another without stigma. Mental health challenges affect everyone, yet many men continue to face social and cultural barriers that discourage them from speaking up.
