Partenaire stratégique majeur de la France dans l’Indopacifique, l’Indonésie joue un rôle essentiel dans une région où vivent nos compatriotes et où se concentrent désormais une part croissante des équilibres mondiaux.
Dans un contexte international plus instable, nos deux pays font le choix de renforcer un partenariat fondé sur des intérêts communs et un même attachement à la souveraineté, à la stabilité régionale et à la sécurité.

Dewan Bisnis Indonesia - Prancis Jadi Mesin Penggerak Investasi dan Perdagangan Dua Arah
Peluncuran France–Indonesia High Level Business Council atau Dewan Bisnis Indonesia - Prancis merupakan langkah strategis untuk memperkuat hubungan ekonomi Indonesia dan Prancis, sekaligus mempercepat realisasi investasi dan perdagangan antara kedua negara.
Dewan bisnis yang diluncurkan Kamis (28/05/2026) di hadapan Presiden Republik Indonesia Prabowo Subianto dan Presiden Republik Prancis Emmanuel Macron ini mempertemukan 30 pimpinan industri dan perusahaan terkemuka dari Indonesia dan Prancis dengan total kapitalisasi pasar gabungan mencapai 1,3 triliun dolar Amerika Serikat (AS).
Dalam pernyataannya, Jumat (29/05/2026), Menteri Investasi dan Hilirisasi/Kepala BKPM Rosan Roeslani mengatakan momentum peluncuran dewan bisnis tersebut turut menghasilkan empat kesepakatan komersial baru senilai 3,5 miliar dolar AS yang difokuskan pada sektor ketahanan energi, perdagangan, dan kerja sama pertahanan.
Menteri Investasi turut menyampaikan bahwa pembentukan dewan bisnis ini juga untuk mengawal implementasi berbagai nota kesepahaman dan komitmen investasi kedua negara yang telah disepakati sebelumnya. Dewan bisnis menargetkan peningkatan total perdagangan kedua negara hingga tiga kali lipat pada tahun 2035.

Di Istana Élysée, Presiden Prabowo Dorong Penguatan Kemitraan Indonesia–Prancis
Dalam rangka kunjungan kenegaraan ke Prancis, Kamis (28/05/2026), Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto disambut hangat oleh Presiden Emmanuel Macron di Istana Élysée, Paris dan melakukan pertemuan bilateral guna membahas penguatan kemitraan strategis kedua negara ke depan.
Dalam pernyataan pers bersama, Presiden Prabowo menegaskan komitmen Indonesia untuk memperkuat kemitraan strategis dengan Republik Prancis di tengah situasi global yang penuh ketidakpastian, serta menegaskan pentingnya peran Indonesia dan Prancis dalam menjaga perdamaian dunia.
Sejumlah kerja sama strategis menjadi prioritas pembahasan kedua pemimpin, termasuk di bidang pertahanan, energi bersih, pendidikan, riset, serta percepatan penyelesaian Indonesia–European Union Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IEU-CEPA). Presiden Prabowo pun menyambut baik pembentukan forum bisnis France-Indonesia High Level Business Council, sekaligus partisipasi dan kehadiran perusahaan-perusahaan Prancis secara berkelanjutan di ekonomi Indonesia.
Dalam isu global, Presiden Prabowo dan Presiden Macron juga membahas pentingnya stabilitas kawasan Timur Tengah yang dinilai memiliki dampak langsung terhadap kondisi energi dunia dan rantai pasok global. Kepala Negara menegaskan kembali dukungan Indonesia terhadap solusi dua negara sebagai jalan menuju perdamaian di Palestina.

The attack, occurring during the 10-day ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon, is unacceptable. All parties must exercise maximum restraint, respect the sovereignty of states, and uphold international law, including international humanitarian law.
Ongoing negotiations and the ceasefire must be fully respected and not undermined by acts of violence that risk further escalation and endanger peacekeepers on the ground.
We remain deeply concerned by the continued attacks against UNIFIL. Peacekeepers must never be targeted; such acts may constitute war crimes.
Indonesia stands in solidarity with France and other Troop Contributing Countries. We reaffirm our joint commitment to strengthening the protection of UN peacekeepers, as reflected in the Joint Statement on the Safety and Security of UN Personnel of 9 April 2026.

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia expresses grave concern over the explosion on 3 April 2026 in El Addaiseh, southern Lebanon, which injured three Indonesian peacekeepers serving with UNIFIL. This marks the third serious incident involving Indonesian peacekeepers in less than a week.
Repeated attacks or incidents of this nature are utterly unacceptable. Regardless of their immediate cause, they underscore the urgent need to strengthen the protection of UN peacekeepers in an increasingly dangerous environment.
Indonesia calls on the United Nations Security Council to address this matter urgently, and on UNIFIL troop- and police-contributing countries to convene a meeting immediately to review and strengthen force protection measures.
Indonesia further calls for an immediate, thorough, and transparent investigation to establish the facts, including the circumstances and those responsible, and stresses that full accountability must follow.
This incident occurred amid Israel’s ongoing incursion into Lebanon. Israel’s continuing military operations in southern Lebanon, including stated intentions to maintain a presence, risk further destabilizing the situation and placing United Nations peacekeepers in sustained danger.
Indonesia reiterates that the safety and security of UN peacekeepers is non-negotiable. Any harm to peacekeepers constitutes a serious violation of international law and must not go unanswered.
Indonesia wishes the injured personnel a full and swift recovery and stands in solidarity with them and their families.
