There should never be a commercial break during a soccer game outside of halftime. Even if there’s a hydration break, the game should stay live. So clear that the addition of these breaks are financially motivated.

It's not that it's not a foul on Raya, it's that Kavanagh saw this play with his own two eyes and it took 5 minutes and 100 replays to decide what a referee already decided. AND the fact that there are at least two other penalty-worthy holds by Arsenal players at the same time
