No donors. No campaigns. Just the Constitution. Yesterday the Court ruled 8-1 that Colorado's ban on talk therapy violated the First Amendment. Six conservatives agreed. Both liberal justices agreed. Except Jackson. She wrote a 35-page dissent. Eight justices needed fewer pages to explain the law than she needed to explain why they were all wrong. And read it aloud from the bench. Turning the court into a spectacle. Then Kagan, Obama's appointee, publicly corrected her. Called the case "textbook" viewpoint discrimination. Accused Jackson of "reimagining and collapsing well-settled legal distinctions." Jackson fired back in a footnote. Accused Kagan and Sotomayor of being dupes for the conservative majority. A Supreme Court justice calling her own colleagues political pawns. In a legal opinion. From the bench that exists to be above politics. Every time she loses, she turns on whatever allies she has left. Three separate 8-1 rulings across three years. Lone dissenter every time. Barrett wrote that Jackson "decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary." She has two liberal allies sitting right next to her. They looked at her reasoning and chose the law over her activism. Last term, every justice on the Court agreed with the majority more often than she did. Dead last of nine. In contested cases: 51%. Kagan, same team: 70%. One builds coalitions. One writes 35-page letters to nobody. Majority opinions: 5. Fewest on the Court. Dissents: 10. Most on the Court. Words per oral argument: 1,350. Next closest justice: 900. She talks the most. Writes the longest. Wins the least. Before the Supreme Court she spent eight years on the DC District Court. More of her rulings were overturned than nearly two-thirds of her peers. Reversed unanimously for exceeding her jurisdiction. Tried to overrule Congress on immigration. The court above her said she had no authority. And that court leaned left. Six of ten judges appointed by Democrats. Even they thought she went too far. A judge is supposed to be consistent. States can't ban gender procedures for minors. States have ABSOLUTE power to ban talk therapy for minors. Same justice. Same year. The only variable is which side of the culture war the regulation falls on. A judge is supposed to be honest. Told law students in 2015 that critical race theory informs sentencing. Told the Senate in 2022 that CRT doesn't come up in her work as a judge. One of those was under oath. Can't define the word "woman" in front of the Senate. Celebrates being "the first Black woman" on the Supreme Court on The View. Under oath she's not a biologist. On daytime TV she's making history. A judge is supposed to protect the vulnerable. Federal sentencing guidelines called for 10 years in a child pornography case. She gave 3 months. Her sentencing averaged 57% below national for possession. 47% below for distribution. Every. Single. Case. Below guidelines. A judge is supposed to defend the Constitution. Not treat it as a document to be corrected. She praised the 1619 Project, which argues America's true founding wasn't liberty in 1776 but slavery in 1619. She wrote from the bench that "Our country has never been colorblind." Rejecting the plain meaning of the Equal Protection Clause. She accused the Court itself of enabling "our collective demise." "Let-them-eat-cake obliviousness." "Five-alarm fire." "Moneyed interests." These aren't legal opinions. These are campaign speeches from a chair that's supposed to be above campaigns. Harvard Law. A Supreme Court clerkship. Eight years on the federal bench. She told the Senate she doesn't have "a judicial philosophy per se." But she told the country she's "not afraid to use her voice." She's an activist. Weakest judge of the highest court. Biden had judges with more cases argued before the Court and bipartisan support. He passed over them for the nominee endorsed by Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, and Demand Justice. She doesn't want to be a justice. She wants to be a politician. She just skipped the election. the thing about calling DEI 'economic genocide' is that it undersells it yes, young White men were systematically excluded from careers during their peak marriage years, but that's just first-order effects. second-order: marriage market collapse. women date across and up. men without careers become invisible to the women who would have married them and disappear. the "eligible bachelor" pool shrinks. third-order: fertility crisis. fewer marriages, fewer children. but it's worse than just men not marrying or having families. the women who "won" the DEI lottery got careers instead of families, delayed fertility until it was too late. DEI attacked family formation from both sides, excluded men from provider roles AND diverted women from their fertility window. everyone lost. fourth-order: psychological. young men couldn't even name what was happening to them. the same institutions that excluded them told them they were "privileged", that complaining was proof of weakness. so they internalized failure as personal inadequacy rather than systemic rigging, retreated into depression, video games, porn. the symptoms we then pathologized as "male failure". the system broke them (on purpose) and blamed them for being broken. fifth-order: institutional trust gone. once you know positions are filled by demographics rather than competence, every credential becomes suspect (if not a priori worthless). is your doctor qualified or a diversity hire? your pilot? your engineer? you can't prove any individual is incompetent, but you can't trust any individual is competent either. medicine skepticism, academic failure, media skepticism, none of this emerged organically. it was manufactured by the DEI hire you can't be sure is qualified to treat you. sixth-order: reality became unspeakable. noticing any of this was a fireable offense. pointing out the obvious got you called a bigot, deplatformed or fired. pure totalitarian censorship and the problem couldn't even be acknowledged (until now, finally) men knew they were being cheated but couldn't say it. women sensed something was wrong with the men but couldn't identify it. relationships poisoned by a dynamic neither party could name. seventh-order: the feedback loop. fewer eligible men means more women competing for a shrinking pool, more women losing the marriage market, more resentment, more "men are trash", more support for DEI, fewer eligible men and the system accelerates itself. and the worst part is that DEI was just the economic arm. the same people and institutions pushed the complete package "toxic masculinity" to pathologize male identity "the future is female" as explicit zero-sum framing delusion "believe all women" to weaponize trust against men "men are trash" to normalize open contempt a coordinated ideological assault on family formation. and it even had a business model. HR departments exploded (millions of jobs invented to administer the regime). DEI consultants became a multi-billion dollar industry. politicians got voting blocs dependent on racial grievance. established boomers kept their positions while their competition was eliminated. the architects knew what they were doing you don't accidentally build a system that specifically targets men during peak marriage years, tells them they deserve it, makes it unspeakable to complain, attacks their identity as toxic, promotes women into career tracks that burn their fertility, then acts confused when society collapses if you wanted to suppress the fertility of a specific demographic, engineer the breakdown of trust between the sexes, and make it illegal to notice, the playbook would look exactly like this. DEI should be held responsible for the fertility crisis, the marriage collapse, the epidemic of male depression and suicide, the destruction of institutional trust, the atomization of society, and the manufactured war between men and women but DEI was the weapon the people who designed it, funded it, made it mandatory, enforced it through HR, fired anyone who resisted, called all opposition hate and racism, built careers and industries on its maintenance, they knew. and they're the ones who should be remembered as the architects of one of the worst crimes against humanity

In 2015, I marched for Bernie and donated to his campaign. In 2019, after years of being a miserable democratic socialist who blamed everyone else for my sadness, I decided that I couldn’t stand being a miserable fuck anymore, and needed to start taking risks and aggressively started doing stuff to change my life. I started working multiple jobs. I had 3 I was juggling at one point. I funded my life with one of them, and with the additional jobs, I invested all of my dollars in Palantir. It was honestly fun. Yeah, I worked 70 hours a week usually and sometimes would go 60 days without a day off, but it was exhilarating. I was making changes and doing things. It was way better than being miserable and angry and making my entire identity about politics and my disdain for “the rich.” Those were hopeless times and I was glad to be doing something for myself. I was able to grow a portfolio of 4,000 Palantir shares at an 8 dollar cost basis between 2021-2023. 32,000 dollars from hardcore grinding. Between 2023-2025, that 32 grand grew to over 400 grand. In May 2024 I started rotating some of the profits into TSLA, along with purchasing with new income. I’ve learned so much about capitalism since 2019, how wealth is created, and the difference between makers and takers. I’ve been inspired by so many amazing builders and entrepreneurs on this platform. I’ve even interacted with many of them. Totally surreal. Today, I cheered in my car as it drove me home when I heard that Elon’s pay package was approved. I voted my 750 shares on it with a huge grin on my face. If Elon gets paid 1 trillion dollars, I will be a multimillionaire. After all I’ve been through and after everything I’ve done for myself over the last 10 years, I look at this post by Bernie and know I would’ve cheered it on in 2015, but today, I see it for what it actually is. Manipulative, depressing rhetoric intended to depress a base of voters and make them feel hopelessly dependent on him and his colleagues. None of them build anything or create value or give working class people like me the opportunity to peg my labor against their genius. They did nothing but make me miserable. I hope even one person can read this get pumped to start doing shit. There are ups and downs, but it’s yours. Nobody can take your grind away from you. Kick ass and build over years of time and watch what happens along the way. Don’t listen to sad miserable people like Bernie.

Here’s a puzzle: Why does health insurance work so differently from every other kind of insurance? Your car insurance doesn’t pay for oil changes. Your homeowner’s insurance doesn’t cover paint. Insurance is supposed to protect against catastrophic, unpredictable costs. But we’ve built a system where insurance pays for everything, routine visits, predictable care, all of it. This divorces the consumer from the cost. Nobody asks what anything costs because nobody directly pays. The result? Premiums rise. Deductibles rise. Coverage narrows. We’ve turned insurance into a wildly inefficient payment system. What if we returned to actual insurance, catastrophic coverage, and let people pay directly for routine care? Suddenly doctors and health systems would compete on price. Patients would shop around. We’d see the same price drops we see everywhere else competition exists.

Which of the following do you imagine makes actors and directors who aren’t involved with the HBO reboot of Harry Potter so miserable? Is it my belief that women and girls should have their own public changing rooms and bathrooms? That women should retain female-only rape crisis centres? That men don’t belong in women’s sport? That female prisoners shouldn’t be incarcerated with violent men and male sex offenders? That women should remain a protected class in law, because they have sex-specific needs and issues? That language should reflect reality rather than ideological jargon, especially in a medical context? That women shouldn’t be harassed, persecuted or fired for refusing to pretend humans can change sex? That women should not be threatened with violence and rape when they assert their rights? That freedom of speech and belief are essential to a pluralistic democratic society? That troubled minors, especially those who are gay, autistic and trauma-experienced, should be given mental health support instead of irreversible surgeries and drug treatments on non-existent evidence of benefit? That gay people shouldn’t be pressured to include the opposite sex in their dating pools, nor should they be smeared as ‘genital fetishists’ when they don’t? That cross-dressing heterosexual male fetishists aren’t actually oppressed, but having the time of their lives piggybacking off gender identity ideology? That said ideology, and the privileged, blinkered fools pushing it because they suffer zero consequences themselves, have done more damage to the political left’s credibility than Trump and Farage could have achieved in a century?
