Bro, another shrine just caught fire again.
This time it’s Arima Inari Shrine in Kobe.
The priest’s house right next to it went up in flames, and the elderly priest and his wife suffered burns.
We’ve been seeing this way too often lately — shrines and temples suddenly burning across the country.
At the same time, Japan has been rushing to bring in large numbers of people from regions with completely different religions and values.
These places aren’t just old buildings.
They’re symbols of Japanese culture and history. When they keep getting targeted while we keep importing people who have no connection to, or respect for, Japanese traditions, it’s hard not to see where this is heading.
How many more have to burn before someone in charge actually does something about it?
