6.5 million birds crossed Cook County last night. This morning, CBCM rescued & recovered nearly 300 birds, including this unfortunate vireo.
This tragedy is preventable. Chicago must take action now to change. It starts with all of us. It ends with the life of an innocent bird.

BIG news out of the U.S. Supreme Court today on regulation of (often illuminated) signs. In clarifying Reed v. Town of Gilbert (2015), the Court upheld a municipal ban prohibiting businesses from off-location advertising on digital billboards or signs.
