@Uber_Support your customer service is awful. I received the wrong order last week. Immediately filed a claim. Received a communication that I will be issued a refund.

I still don’t have a refund credit on my card. So I call chat with customer service. They proceed to tell me they can’t help me because it’s been over 48hrs.

.@usedgov who the hell is managing your outgoing comms cause they suck at their job. Tell me why I’m getting the same email 7x in a row and counting. “Know when you’re being scammed”… like am I being scammed right now? 😆 this department is such a disaster.
