In this work, Holmes, Goldman and Kalli demonstrated conservation of lipid-interaction sites on proteins from two species that deviated from their evolutionary common ancestors a long time ago.

Happy to see this work started in the first weeks of my PhD now published. We simulated a set of 100 peripheral membrane proteins to identify patterns and interesting exceptions in their membrane interactions.

Yet another paper has come out with our @BBSRCWhiteRose PhD student @Le_Huray_Kyle in the last couple weeks - this time a tour de force in which 100 #PHDomains were simulated binding to membranes!
