In this implementation, KAOSHIFI's APIs are used to develop a cross-border payment request link which can be used by freelancers, small businesses, and retail users to request money from clients, or loved ones across the globe. NB: This is a real-live recording.

Note, that as soon as the payment was initiated, the user's Varo bank was debited by Remitly, the selected service provider. Want to learn more about this? Send us a DM

① Cross-border embedded remittances: @KaoshiAPI What's Kaoshi? Think @Plaid for cross-border finance Just as Plaid enables embedded finance by aggregating financial data, Kaoshi enables embedded cross-border payments by aggregating cross-border services

OMG!!! Kaoshi is honored to have been among the 5 startups admitted to the 2022 Plaid Finrise program. We are super excited to work with Plaid, the industry pioneers of Open Banking API technology. At Kaoshi, we develop Open Finance APIs that facilitate cross border finance.

We are excited about the opportunity to bring the tremendous value of Open Banking/Finance API technology to immigrants, whose cross border financial needs are underserved, despite sending over $700B back to their home countries (World Bank Remittance Report).

Really impressed with how @KaoshiNetwork makes it easy to exchange $ for Naira. Hands down one of the best platforms out there. Highly Highly recommend!

💕Thank you for helping us tell our story. From our earliest users who helped us grow & solve this ubiquitous problem of informal P2P swap which Nigerians in the diaspora (like MBA students) have to engage in, in order to convert Naira to dollars. We digitized the process!

This started in a group of Nigerian MBA students in the US. People normally ask for who has naira and then go offline to transact at a rate they agree. These guys simply standardized that and added a transaction fee. They don’t have a stack of $$ stashed somewhere to sell
