At least peoplr can’t say I’ve not reached out recently when I’ve been struggling. It’s on here in black and white.
Again I’m awake in the early hours of the morning not sleeping through worry and feeling anxious. Yet I’m sure those who are causing it are sound asleep.

Remember when @BusesOfSomerset used to be on Twitter and at least you could try and put a query like this to them. But they chose to leave. Having Yeovil Depot posting on here felt valuable to me but clearly the powers that be didn’t think so.

Found out through word of mouth that what bay buses go from at Yeovil Bus Station has changed. I wonder what effort has been made to communicate or help visually impaired passengers with this because nobody has offered to explain it to me or offered any help getting familiar?

Presumably quite urgently staff from the various Bus Operators who use Yeovil Bus Station will be arranging orientation sessions with those of us who are vi but this should have happened before the change not after.

A police dog vehicle carrying PD Ike and PD Dobby was rammed during a pursuit.
The vehicle later crashed and the driver made off on foot.
PD Poppy was deployed to assist, and she wasn't having that.
A short search later, the offender was located hiding nearby.

When considering staffing times for a town’s station you’d think GWR would know that peak times weekdays are mornings and evenings. To just staff a town’s station until 15:30 is UNACCEPTABLE. Whoever decided that didn’t think it through properly.

It is interesting that GWR have provided an update to my local MP’s office in the past week whereas GWR have just told me to wait for one….two tier system muchly obviously.

You need to realise you affect people. I overdosed twice last week because I needed some sleep and respite from the distress of the situation. You could have helped not hindered.

What GWR has done regarding Yeovil Pen Mill has been disruptive to my life and I’m sure probably to others too. And the distress caused has not really been acknowledged or taken seriously.

1/4 The only positive thing I would say about the ‘until further notice’ staffing hours for Pen Mill is that IF GWR are managing to keep to them then there is some consistency for passengers.

3/4 They can’t keep the changes as they are though with staffing only 07:30 - 15:30 weekdays as this disadvantages disabled people completing a day return journey who want to travel back to Yeovil early evening.

1/3 Well it’s the end of another week. Over the past two weeks GWR have left Yeovil Pen Mill station unstaffed for 30 hours when it should have been staffed.

2/3 I don’t think it’s acceptable for GWR to leave the station unstaffed duribg it’s scheduled staffing hours but I think if they do there should be a rule that they owe that staffing time back to the station. It doesn’t just get wiped.

3/3 Therefore I’m interested in when they are going to give the 30 hours staffing they owe to the station back to it. Not to mention all the other previous times the station has been unstaffed. You owe the time back to the station and its passengers GWR.
