My entire childhood I searched the faces of strangers, imagining they were all my dad.
As far as I can tell, both of these women came from intact families.
What a shame their children will grow up fatherless- something they have no experience with, so they don’t understand.

I’ve spoken to and/or cataloged the stories of more than 100 children with same-sex parents. These two children will likely:
- Hunger for paternal love, gravitate toward coaches, and overstay their welcome at the homes of friends who have dads. Some will be so desperate for male connection that they become easy targets for predators.
- Feel guilty for wanting a dad in a community that endlessly repeats that they are “so lucky to have two mothers.”
- Struggle with questions of identity, wondering whether every man they pass on the street could be their father.
- Wrestle with questions of self-worth: Why didn't my father want me? Why did he sell me?
And when these children are sad, angry, or struggling, our culture and courts will tell them that the loss of their father was the price of admission for a new adult "civil right."
That’s why we must #OverturnObergefell and @MakeKidsGreater.

They’re wrong.
Not only does he have a biological mother; he needs her.
But surrogacy places the desires and convenience of adults over those of the children created.
It turns those children into products.

If #IVF is just about making new life, ask yourself why pro #abortion Democrats so enthusiastically support removing virtually all restrictions on the fertility industry.
It’s because the baby-making industry and the baby-taking industry are two sides of the same child-commodifying coin.
Both determine a child’s right to life based on wantedness or unwantedness. In fact, the “very wanted” IVF babies lose their lives at rates four times higher than the “unwanted” children targeted by abortion.
And of the 2 to 3% of IVF children who actually make it through the process alive, up to two-thirds will also lose their mother or father in the process.
If you believe in child protection, you cannot allow #BigFertility to decide whether children live, die, or get to know and be loved by their own mother and father.

House Bill 836 seeks to prevent lawmakers from establishing reasonable safety standards and accountability measures for the multi-billion-dollar fertility industry. If successful, concerns surrounding embryo destruction, eugenic screening practices, scientific experimentation, and other ethical issues would be shielded from future oversight.

"To see which way the evangelical winds were blowing, Bethany commissioned the Barna Group to survey Christians on the question of LGBTQ adoptions. The report found 55 percent of Christians expressed some level of support for same-sex adoption.
Unfortunately, Bethany is looking to the wrong demographic to determine its placement policy. Criteria for adoptive parents should not be based on public opinion, not even Christian public opinion. Frankly, the demographic that should determine an agency’s placement policy isn’t adults at all, it’s the children in need of adoptive parents."
