The High Court in Delhi has refused 7 bail applications for Jagtar’s NIA cases.
Despite no evidence being produced in the last 7 years, the courts have refused 5 applications on a technicality and 2 on merits due to offences alleged.

"the patient voice is not loud enough" finds Ara Darzi. Since my career started in this space in 2008 to now, we definitely seem to have gone backwards and there seemed to be more inspirational/effective patient-led initiatives in the earlier days.
We need to reject this individualist mindset that pits young against old and public sector workers against vulnerable pensioners.
We have the resources in this country to ensure people are paid a decent wage and our elderly can retire with dignity. We lack the political will.
