Today on TikTok I listened to a girl try to prove her point about something by having a conversation with ChatGPT… Which reminded me of this insightful moment I had a few weeks ago while toying around with some thoughts on ChatGPT. Moral of the story? You tell me.

“Winners never quit” is total bullshit. BE SOMEONE WHO CAN QUIT. Good traders? Know when to exit. Successful businesses? Know when to cut losses. Heathy individuals? Know when to get out of a bad relationship or switch careers. Winners know what & when to give up.

What Trader Joes looks for when finding grocery store locations: 1. No more than 500sqft 2. A shitty parking lot

AI is going to destroy customer brand loyalty... here's why: Customer loyalty is granted to the brands who can solve your problems (no matter how minor). Ex: @Starbucks "If it's not a 10, we'll make it again" or @amazon's game changing return policy. 93% of customers will buy from a company again if it provides exceptional customer service... Meanwhile, 84% of customers will abandon a company if it provides a poor experience. As customers, we know which companies will respond warmly to the questions like "I know these are the rules, but is there anything you can do??" Those are the ones who get our loyalty. Real life example: I used the @Sephora AI customer service tool today to get help with an issue. The AI customer service bot spat out textbook responses, and was unable to provide a human-like interaction that would have helped provide the exceptional service that I've been used to shopping with @Sephora for years. And since it's nearly impossible to get connected with a real person, my issue will go unresolved. The result? I'll look for brand loyalty somewhere else. And slowly but surely, based on the statistics above, 84% of customers will do the same. Odds are, companies who over-utilize AI (at this point) will find brand loyalty decreasing until AI can learn to provide solutions that work around the typical textbook responses and offer a warm, exceptional customer-service experience.

Kinda weird that I’d feel uncomfortable if someone found out I scrolled through their Instagram, but could care less if that same person found out I scrolled through their LinkedIn.

In middle school my dad gave me one piece of financial advice: “Don’t spend it if you don’t have it” At the time I thought it was pretty lame advice, but now I realize that may actually be one of the greatest bits of wisdom I’ve ever received.

Making 💰 MORE MONEY 💰 is less than half the battle. Knowing how to use it is what will actually change the game.

Quick question… if the recipe calls for “preheat to 400 for 10 minutes” does this mean it should take approx 10 minutes to preheat OR let the oven sit at 400 for 10 minutes before baking?

We all have that friend who encourages bad spending habits. And if you don’t have that friend, you are that friend.

I really thought the most common marriage conflicts would be finance or sex. But no. Most of the time it’s things like “for the love of God this is NOT how you load a dish washer.”
