Annonce : nous collaborons avec Western et Emory pour innover dans le domaine des neurosciences motrices (uniquement en anglais) !
Here’s Steve Scott @KinarmLab from at the #QSUL23 course - so important to have fine- grained methods of assessment in stroke recovery so that we know what we are doing with our treatments
Registration for the 10th annual Queen Square Upper Limb Neurorehabilitation course is now open! Interpreting the research plus more focus on real life clinical cases from our own treatment programme onlinestore.ucl.ac.uk/confer…
Congratulations to Dr. Amy Bastian, Chief Science Officer and Director of the Motion Analysis Laboratory at Kennedy Krieger, on the prestigious honor of being elected to @theNASciences! #NASMembers#NAS160

We are looking to hire someone with experience in 2D & 3D upper limb kinematics and machine learning to work with us on an exciting stroke rehabilitation gaming project @TheARM_Lab@NeurorehabUCLP#strokerecovery Get in touch if you are interested!
How does our brain coordinate bimanual movements when varying force fields are applied? We studied the effects of symmetry breaking on bimanual coordination (BC) patterns with the Kinarm (@KinarmLab ). Here’s what we found 🧵 👇(1/8) @UCMCogSci

After a tonne of really hard work, we are thrilled to finally announce the release of version 3.10 of Dexterit-E and Dexterit-E Explorer. As with all releases, we subjected our code to months of testing before release. Happy Friday; Happy Dex Upgrade! kinarm.com/dexterit-e-dexter…
While improving strength is markedly important, improving dexterity is key for motor control. As such, we further assessed the effect of SCS with planar reaching tasks and found immediate improvements in smoothness, speed, range of motion, and muscle synergies with SCS on. (5/9)
We are honoured to be sponsoring this exceptional meeting. Such an excellent agenda and no carbon emissions! (...well save for our monitors ;) ) #stroke#healthcare#innovation
Users of Kinarm Standard Tests: we wish to notify you of a bug found in Arm Posture Perturbation task. Impact is negligible as we explain here: kinarm.com/product-advisory-… A fix is upcoming in Dex 3.10 release (planned for Feb-23)
