Brilliant and important news from today’s budget that @HMtreasury has maintained the higher rate of #theatretaxrelief. Thanks to @Jeremy_Hunt @lucyfrazermp for recognising the important cultural impact of theatre and @SOLTnews and @uk_theatre for their hard work and campaigning!

To support the cultural sector, tax relief for theatres, orchestras, and museums & galleries will stay at rates of 45%-50% until 2025.
This temporary move will help businesses to keep investing in high quality productions.
