When Adam went to the hospital for the first time just one month ago, I had an overwhelming feeling that I needed help. He was going to have a long road to recovery, and the last thing I wanted to worry about was cooking for a few days. So I asked some dear friends to set up a meal train to help us while Adam rested and I became his on-call nurse. As you all know, that long recovery didn’t happen.
