Contrary to assertions made by @GladysB , all other Australian states and territories and New Zealand have demonstrated how to either keep Delta out (WA, Tas, NT), quash Delta outbreaks (NZ, SA, Qld) or are containing and reducing Delta (VIC,ACT). NSW govt chose not to. @smh
