ALT An open postdoc opportunity: A postdoctoral position is available in the Krauss Lab, Department of Cell, Developmental, and Regenerative Biology and Institute for Regenerative Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. We use mouse models and ex vivo systems to study skeletal muscle stem cells during homeostasis and injury-induced regeneration, with an emphasis on cell adhesion and cytoskeletal regulation (see Goel et al, Cell Reports 2017; Kann et al, Cell Stem Cell 2022; Krauss and Kann, Bioessays 2023). Candidates must have a PhD in cell or molecular biology; experience with mouse genetics is very helpful. The lab, department, and institute are dynamic, multicultural, and fun environments based on the Upper East Side of fabulous New York City.
