Tage bevor der Angreifer, der von unserer Regierung eingeflogen wurde, die 18-jährige Fatemeh vor einen Zug stieß, randalierte er in einem Bordell und griff dann die dazu gerufenen Polizisten an. Die Folge: Wegen eines angeblichen psychischen Ausnahmezustands karrte man ihn in eine Klinik, die er dann kurze Zeit später wieder verlassen konnte, als sei nichts geschehen. Das hat ein Muster. Ich könnte aus dem Stand heraus dutzende Gewaltverbrechen mit Todesopfern aufzählen, die durch Personen begangen wurden, die aufgrund der Asylpolitik ins Land kamen und nur kurze Zeit vor der Tat bereits Gewaltdelikte begingen. Man parkte sie für ein paar Stunden bis wenige Tage wahlweise in polizeilichem Gewahrsam oder in der Psychiatrie, bis man sie kurze Zeit später wieder auf uns losgelassen hat. Bis es dann Tote gibt. Das ist so, als würde ein Gast in meinem Haus randalieren, ich ihn aber jeden Tag aufs Neue wieder zu mir einlade, bis er mich dann umbringt. Dieses Vorgehen ist nicht die Ausnahme und auch kein Einzelfall, sondern die Regel. Um genau zu sein, ist mir kein einziger Fall bekannt, wo es zu einem Verbrechen kam und der Täter, der aus dieser Personengruppe stammt, nicht schon vorher auffällig war. Ich kann nur wiederholen, was ich seit Jahren fordere: Personen, die als Asylbewerber ins Land kamen und hier Gewaltdelikte begehen, gehören bei erster Tat sofort und dauerhaft von der Straße geholt. Unbefristet bis die Abschiebung umgesetzt werden kann. Viele Menschen würden noch leben. Die Nummer mit dem „psychischen Ausnahmezustand“ und kurzzeitiger Einweisung in eine Klinik sowie nahezu sofortige Entlassung muss endlich aufhören. Wenn es dafür gesetzliche Änderungen braucht, ist es Sache der Politik, das endlich umzusetzen, jetzt sofort. Es sterben Menschen.

Dass Menschen zufällig von "psychisch kranken" vor Züge geworfen werden, ist übrigens eine reine Folge der Massenmigration. Von 1949-2016 gibt es in der BRD nicht einen einzelnen belegten Fall von so etwas. Gerade das macht es mMn umso schlimmer...

This was a clean shoot by ICE. Why? Three things matter when cops use force: 1. Imminence 2. Proportionality 3. Reasonableness Cops gave her clear, lawful commands. They have ZERO duty to retreat during a legit enforcement operation. She committed a federal crime: 18 USC 111 – assaulting/impeding a law enforcement officer (and it gets way worse when you use a deadly weapon). A car coming at you IS a deadly weapon. Full stop. Shooting to stop that threat is 100% proportionate. Reasonable? Hell yes. She ignored commands and floored it toward the officer. What did she expect? Cut and dry. Clean shoot. Stop being a soft, emotional retard about it. Facts don’t care about feelings. Compliance saves lives. Most people complaining have never been in a life or death situation, and jump when someone calls their name at Starbucks when their latte is ready. Please shut up.

Multiple things can be true at once. 1. Putting a car into drive hitting the gas when an officer is anywhere near your vehicle is incredibly dangerous. 2. Whether or not she meant to hit the officer is unfortunately irrelevant to split second life or death decision making process of the officer in the front arc of the vehicle. 3. The woman dying for her decisions is still a human tragedy. And now she doesn't get her day in court either for the law to properly untangle the mess. 4. Tim Walz is actively hoping this blows up to protect himself from his scandals and is an evil, evil man.

💥 Very Well Said 💥 I don’t think suspect in yesterday’s confrontation with federal agents, woke up that day planning to get killed. I really don’t. What I do think is that she probably thought she was provoking them in a way that would end with her getting yanked out of the car, maybe shoved to the ground, detained, something ugly but non-lethal. The kind of thing that turns into a viral video where they get to play the victims and paint ICE as monsters. That’s a scenario people assume is safe, especially if they’ve been around activism long enough to believe the script always ends the same way. If her girlfriend was already outside the vehicle filming, that tells me this wasn’t spontaneous panic. That looks like intent to capture a moment. Maybe they thought, “We’ll push, they’ll overreact, we’ll get content.” I’m sure she didn’t think she’d get shot. I’m sure she thought she was in control of the situation. But then reality intervenes. Maybe she didn’t see the officer in front of the car. Maybe she had tunnel vision and was focused on the agent next to her. But she did accelerate forward, and once a vehicle is moving toward an officer, the situation changes instantly. At that point, whether she meant to or not, she put herself into a lethal scenario, and she lost her life. That’s tragic. It’s also not the same thing as “this just happened for no reason.” And if it turns out there’s evidence that this was coordinated... that the girlfriend was setting this up, encouraging it, orchestrating it to get a viral confrontation... then yeah, I think she should face charges too. Not just because someone died, but because if you help engineer a dangerous situation and someone ends up dead, you don’t get to wash your hands of it afterward.
