London Ambulance Service’s team of Paramedics cycling to emergencies across London, in The West End, The City, Victoria, Islington, Kingston and Heathrow Airport. Highly skilled at getting to areas quickly where others struggle. Promoting a healthier, greener London 🚲.
Incident update 🔽
We were called at 4.50pm today (Monday 8) to Terminal 4 at Heathrow airport. We sent ambulance crews, our cycle response unit, an incident response officer, and our hazardous area response team (HART). We treated 21 patients before taking one to hospital.

Mark joined CRU in 2015 and also worked in #Kingston and #Waterloo.

Defibs save lives 💚
Thanks to quick action from John's @United Airlines colleagues and #TeamLAS he survived a #CardiacArrest last year.
After an emotional reunion with Cycle Paramedic Rob, John is calling for others to support our #LondonHeartStarters campaign (link in bio)

Phil, from Islington, shows us his daily transition from commuter cyclist to #CycleParamedic.
Phil says he averages 600 miles a month from the cycling he does on his commute, combined with cycling throughout his shift!
