am so disgusted in how we are treating one another. There is no excuse for those cops watching and murdering George Floyd. I teach my own kids as well as my kids in the classroom - racism still exists and what are WE going to do about it? We can’t be silent and watch.

As our family waits for God to bring us a child through fostering and hopefully adoption- we pray our child will not be treated unkindly because of his or her skin color.
