Let me ask my followers an ethical dilemma.
You are homeless. You are jobless.
A man comes up to you, and gives you an internship. He builds you up, makes you rich, successful. Suddenly, you find yourself as assistant manager at his firm.
You are still young, but he is old.
On the wall, there is “Employee of the Year”, where each time you win, you get a special prize.
The fight for this prize is between you and your boss.
Your boss retires next year, and you are able to take over. This is his final year in the business.
Do you forfeit the award to him? The man who turned you from homeless to a soon to be CEO?
