How to learn from any/every one. Separate the good from the bad (people, teaching style, content, value). Take what is helpful. Apply it. Ignore the rest. It's not an all-or-nothing proposition. In that way, I'm equally happy to learn from a 7, 17, or 77yr old. #HowToLearn
