OSCE/ODIHR - further statements on Georgia. Issues include intimidation at polling stations, a blurry party-state line, compromised vote secrecy at 24% of observed polling stations through the manner of inserting ballots, and poor setup of precincts in another 7% that also meddled with secrecy.
OSCE/ODIHR also states that parties and observers were not allowed to have part in the audit of the electronic devices used in the elections, which doesn’t meet international standards and causes problems with transparency.
The full statement is likely even more harsh, I’m posting rather quickly.
