My daughter started class from home today. Her teacher @MrsEmerysClass5 has always been ahead of the curve with technology and this is nothing new to my daughter. I would like to thank @LRLions for pushing to keep the kids engaged in learning.

Does your child need a Chromebook to assist with online learning? CUSD sent a survey to all families asking if they need one. FYI: They will be issued from a central location- not from Bathgate. You will need to enter this exactly- docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F… to access the survey.

The Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting tonight, Mar. 13. Staff will recommend the approval of a resolution to close all CUSD schools Mar. 16-Apr. 3. Spring Break would remain as scheduled, from Apr. 6-10, 2020. We will provide an update after the meeting.

Update 3/12/20: CUSD is aware of the newly issued guidelines from Governor Newsom and CA Public Health. There has been no guidance to close schools. Schools remain open. Visit bit.ly/2IGJ5zl for updates and information.
