Er ligt idd geen overeenkomst. Woensdag is de 7e onderhandelingsronde.
De vakbonden onderhandelen hard maar zitten vast. Het Min heeft loonruimte bepaald lager dan volledige inflatie compensatie, en het WO personeel is zelden vakbondslid & ogenschijnlijk niet tot actie bereid.

Belangrijke draad over de CAO-onderhandelingen die inmiddels de 7e (!) ronde in gaan. Ik kan er maar niet bij dat er zo weinig over gesproken wordt. Er zijn momenteel 2400 docenten op tijdelijke contracten die in grote onzekerheid verkeren en de inflatie blijft torenhoog...

Ruim honderd medewerkers van de RUG meldden zich bij de ombudsfunctionaris sinds haar aantreden. Vaak ging het over een gebrek aan sociale veiligheid, waarvan veel bij letteren. Studenten meldden zich vooral vanuit het UMCG. ukrant.nl/ombudsfunctionarisβ¦
