I want to start by thanking God for blessing me with the ability and opportunities to chase this dream. None of this would be possible without Him. I also want to thank my family for their constant love and support, and for always being by my side through the highs and lows. To my teammates who pushed me every day, and my coaches who invested their time and energy into helping me grow as both a player and a person — thank you. With that being said, I’m proud and excited to announce my commitment to Texas State University! Go Bobcats ⚾️

Logan Schultz (‘26 TX) wiry athlete and sound mover. Riding life to the heater 91-93 early. Tighter SL at 83 is getting whiffs as well. arm speed present. #TXST commit. #WWBAWorlds@Texas_PG
Slo-mo side angle video of one-handed pitcher ‘26 Logan Schultz (@LSchultz2026).
The 6-1, 183–pound RHP was efficient and worked quick. Got a 1-2-3 inning to start and issued a free pass with no hits in his second inning of work for the Pirates NTX Scout Team. Up to 92 MPH with a breaking ball at 80-81 MPH. Impressive stuff striking out four batters in his outing. Just committed to @TxStateBaseball.

The talented soph. didn’t have the best results tonight but the upside and talent are obvious. The slider is best secondary.
