49.4% of KY adults ages 25-64 held a college degree or certificate in 2019, moving up steadily from 43.6% in 2015. If we sustain that rate of improvement over the coming years, we will reach our ambitious 2030 goal of 60% attainment for a #BigBoldFuture!

The Kentucky Education Reform Act was signed into law 31 years ago today. While we celebrate what it achieved, we cannot let past success deter the reforms we need now. We must ensure every student has an adequate and equitable education and are empowered to be active citizens.
